Hayden Collins ran for three touchdowns as Fairfield Union amassed 374 rushing yards in a 35-14 win over Circleville Friday night.

Collins picked up 191 of those yards himself, 125 in the first half, as the Falcons (1-7) notched their first win of the season. He scored on runs of 29 and 17 yards in the first half and one yard in the second half.

Quarterback Barrett Young grabbed another rushing 152 yards for FU and scored on a one-yard run.

Ethan Hyme had the Falcons other score coming on a 28-yard scamper, his only carry of the night.

Circleville (0-6) threw the ball 34 times Friday with Scott Moats going 16-32 for 127 yards.

Devon Cockerham was his top target, catching 10 balls for 89 yards.

Lucky Donaldson threw twice, connecting with Moats both times, for 29 yards.

Isac Payne scored both Tiger touchdowns — on runs of eight and four yards — in the fourth quarter and ran in a two-point conversion.
